octopus in the office and goats in the manger!

Well, what a day we have had here at Areena! It started with small and furry and ends up wet and wild!

There are 2 new additions to our family, in the form of small furry, brown dwarf goats.

Our dwarf goat had twins yesterday and they are the cutest little things ever, about as big as kittens.

There was a bit more tortoise action as well, I get called to one of our units, to remove a tortoise doing a "unit inspection", by one of the not so amused cleaning staff, tortoise are not such a popular animal it turns out, especially if it wonders into the unit you have just spent time cleaning. So off I trot to rescue said tortoise and reunite him with a patch of grass that is actually green ( we are in a drought).

So I was just thinking that nothing else could happen when one of our game guides comes rushing into the office with an octopus dangling off his arm. The biggest damn thing I have ever seen! Not to sure who was more surprised the guide or the octopus! Cant say what has happened to the occtopus as just as fast as they both arrived they vanished, in as much excitment ,as now the octopus is clinging/sucking on for dear life and its beak getting closer to soft flesh!
