Sadly we just lost our first white rhino to poachers (No 95 this year in South Africa!) Please tell everyone about it so we can raise funds and protect this wonderful animals

We are in Stormsriver. USed to be Rainbow Lodge Backpackers and then became a Safe House but closed that over 2 years ago. Just a very low key self catering and chilled small budget and - what could be classed private backpacking - accom now. 2 garden rondavels - both ensuite and house with 3 bedrooms - 2 twins, one luxury ensuite. Have a look at our website - www.serenityretreat.co.za. Will def pop in some time I am down Knysna way - have a friend that lives out at Rheenendal but will check out and phone before coming. Feels exciting to start connecting with Backpacker industry again.
